Your decision is personal because nobody can make anybody follow a precept unless the person voluntarily does so unequivocally for the sense and love of pure faith. (Although I personally believe that the universe didn’t simply create itself, that it was more like a whisper thrown to form existence.)

Life is not fun without laughing, so I recommend enjoying some comedy as a means to distract yourself from stressful events that might occur in your life.
